SMART Moves: The SMART Moves prevention/education
program addresses the problems of drug. alcohol and various health lifestyle issues. The program uses a team approach involving Club staff, peer leaders, and community representatives who inform middle-school teens how to make healthy choices.

SMART Girls: A program for 6th, 7th. and 8th grade girls
designed to develop healthy attitudes & lifestyles, as well as
provide positive mentor relationships. Topics such as friendship. bullying, cliquès, body image, media manipulation, and
goal setting are discussed. Sessions incorporate learning
experiences that include guest speakers, hands-on activities,
field trips, and sleepovers.

Man UP! A program for 6th, 7th, and 8th grade boys designed
to provide guidance and mentorship. Topics that are
discussed include cultural pressures for young men,
aggression, bullying. and healthy life choices The program is
designed to give male teens a voice and to provide structure
and accountability. Sessions include fun competitions, guest
speakers, field trips and more!

Triple Play: A program that promotes fitness through fun,
engaging and competitive intramural sports and recreational
activities that also emphasize teamwork and sportsmanship.
Competitions include, but are not limited to: soccer, basketball, foosball, pool, ping pong. relays, and much more.
