Power Hour: An incentive based homework program where teens can receive tutoring, use computers for homework, and are encouraged to complete their homework to succeed! Members who participate regularly are invited to attend Power Hour parties where their educational accomplishments are acknowledged!

CareerLaunch: Parents, don’t miss this opportunity for your teen to gain “real” work experience and valuable job readiness skills. THE CLUB is offering CareerLaunch and our summer internship program. Summer internships are available at through our partnerships with local Malibu business and surrounding areas, teens will be able to choose where they complete their internship. CareerLaunch provides the tools and interpersonal skills your teen needs to be successful in the workplace, college and future careers. Teens must be available for “Job Readiness Training,” to be completed in May and 60 internship hours to be completed during summer break. “Job Readiness Training” covers resume, cover letter and thank you letter writing, interviewing and public speaking skills, and much more! Interns will receive a $250.00 stipend upon completion of the program.

A job training program for 9th-12th grade teens with
leadership and specialized skills. JR. Staff must complete job
training and be available to complete 3 hours of service per
week to be accepted into the program. Incentives include
community service hours, field trips to theme parks, camping
trips and more!
